Doorkeeper Training: THIS Sunday, Jan 22 After Worship for One Hour

Doorkeepers are a vital part of our St. Peter Hospitality, Emergency, and Response Team (H.E.A.R.T.). They welcome latecomers and pay attention for any medical or security needs throughout worship–in concert with greeters, ushers, pastors, and the medical professionals and first responders in our congregation. If you would be willing to serve in this role every 4-6 weeks in rotation with others, please let PC know; please also indicate whether you can join us this Sunday for brief training: adamclarknd@gmail.com.

Adult Bible Studies and Small Groups!

SUNDAY MORNING: Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah
Na-who? Nahum, Habakkuk, and Zephaniah are three of the so-called “minor prophets”–the shorter prophetic books in the Old Testament. But as we’ll see, these under-studied books pack a major punch! Come, learn, and discuss!
When: Sundays, 9am | Where: Church Fellowship Hall

TUESDAY EVENING (Once Monthly) – Taking Off the Mask
This CONFIDENTIAL group gathers to process some of the harder things in life with God and each other. A meal is also shared and childcare provided as needed. If you wish to join us, please contact either Deaconess Amy Smessaert (amyhsmessaert@gmail.com) or Pastor Clark (adamclarknd@gmail.com).

FRIDAY NIGHT Bible Study – “Matthew’s Gospel, Part 2”
The Gospel of Matthew proclaims the story of Jesus Christ with an eye toward his fulfillment of Old Testament law, prophecy, and kingship. Come explore the Gospel’s last 15 chapters in-depth with a Lifelight study guide from Concordia as we build faith together.
Time: 6:30pm
Dates: Every 1st and 3rd Fridays of the month
Where: Fellowship Hall (a week’s host can also choose their home, if room for 15-20)
Cost: $13 (church will cover if you cannot)
Sign-up: email John Schroeder at jschroeind@aol.com
