Streaming Change and Feedback Request
Starting this Sunday, we will use Vimeo Studio software and one of our new cameras for our livestream. This also allows us to pull our audio straight out of the soundboard/mics.
The video will appear “live” on BOTH vimeo.com/stpetermishawaka and facebook.com/stpetermishawaka. Both will become permanent videos immediately after the livestream ends.
We encourage you to try either source this weekend, and we ask your patience as we make the transition. We would welcome your feedback AFTER THE LIVESTREAMS END using the following survey: https://www.stpetermishawaka.org/vimeo-switch-survey.html. Please comment using this survey, rather than during worship in the comments. We will continue to tweak and improve!
There are three advantages to using vimeo.com/stpetermishawaka: 1) it uses a different “backbone network” (CDN) on the Web; this means that it has the potential to deliver a less glitchy connection to those who are geographically closer to its core servers (maybe you!), 2) it also allows for true High Definition (1080p), which our new cameras can deliver, whereas Facebook only does 720p, and 3) at the same time, Vimeo also automatically adjusts video size based on each person’s connection; so if you have a slower internet connection, it will automatically adjust the resolution to try to give you a smoother stream. In contrast, on Facebook, you have to manually adjust the resolution yourself (by clicking the gear icon at the bottom of the video).
Worship Options for Sunday 7/19, 9am
We look forward to joining you in common worship, whether in-person or online! Please also know that your pastors and other leaders are continuing to develop still more creative ways to safely foster worship and connecting as the Body of Christ. We also encourage you to continue being safely creative in connecting to each other and serving your neighbors!

Our licenses for Go-to-Meeting expired at the end of June. We thank Randy Eveler for the opportunity to use GTM, at both St. Peter and RLA!
All groups should now use the Zoom rooms and guide available on the blog at: https://splcm.org/zoom/. Leaders, if you need another copy of the leader guide, please email PC at adamclarknd@gmail.com.

MAC Food Pantry
We are still delivering food to Albright UMC, and by we I mean Cindy Matthews. Thanks Cindy! Last week 298 lbs were donated. Way to go, St Peter! They are in need of canned tomatoes.
RLA Summer Family Fun Nights instead of VBS – just 2 Wednesdays left!
July 22 & 29 from 6-8pm outdoors at RLA. In place of VBS, this summer RLA is hosting these fun nights of games and crafts to give families a chance to connect and have some fun. Bring your own drinks and bug spray. The evenings will be a mix of free play and group games. The event is open to RLA/church families and our VBS friends. Fun and popsicles provided.
RLA Personal Tours for New Families
Miss Lisa posted a video on RLA’s Facebook page that she is taking reservations for personal tours of the building, talking about the program and the RLA community with potential new families. She is directing people to RLAsouthbend.com or to call her at 574-272-2200 to schedule a time. Please get the word out and share with friends and neighbors… sharing her video on your Facebook pages will help too!
