We are excited to report that on Thursday, the MLEA Board voted to move forward with the proposed expansion! To be clear, our capital campaign is still ongoing, and we need to continue to meet our fundraising targets. However, thanks to the generosity of lead donors who already have pledged, our LCEF consultants and the Board felt confident to move forward and break ground this fall. The goal is that the building will open in June 2026 and be fully operational for the 2026-27 school year.
